These Terms of Service govern your use of the Services offered by Volqera, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Volqera", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance and Accounts

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and third-party terms that apply to data or services you connect. You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, infringe rights, upload unlawful content, or use the Services to harm others.

3. AI Features and Your Content

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Volqera a limited license to process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Services. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose; you must review it before relying on or sharing it. Do not use output as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

4. Fees

Paid features, if offered, are described at purchase. Fees are due in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change future pricing with notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Volqera and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including software, trademarks, designs, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. VOLQERA DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLQERA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address a breach, or operate the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

8. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@volqera.com.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
